The Vine Agency’s Sommelier and representative Robert Miller will be show casing wines available at Bertoldi’s on Friday November 6th from 6pm-9pm at the bar. Enjoy a sampling of wines prior to being seated for your dinner.
ample Bastianich Sauvignon Adriatico (Fruili) from Italy’s Northeastern-most region where climate and soil bring out complexity, richness and sophisticated aromatics all symbols of outstanding Sauvignon Blanc.
We will also have Cuvee di Gabry Rose a Sparking Italian wine. This rose sparkler from La Tordera, is not made from Prosecco, it is truly distinctive. The name translates to “Gabriella’s blend,” which is the managing director of La Tordera, her illustrated portrait is on the label.
Pecorino Falerio “Le Torri” will also be available. Pecorino is more fragrant in nature, offering the wine some dynamic floral and citrus tones. This can include gentle notes of white flowers like jasmine and a hint of spice, and a slate-like mineral quality.
It is widely regarded as “the best Sangiovese in California.”
Featured for the evening will be Noceto Sangiovese an Italian grape grown in California.
