Here at Bertoldi's we use double zero (00) flour imported from Naples to achieve a true Italian pizza. Also, we offer fresh chilies for your pizza at no extra charge.
We make our pizza using the time honoured traditions of the pizzerias of Naples. Made from scratch using the freshest ingredients, our pizza is made with San Marzano tomatoes and Fiore di Latte Mozzarella baked in our Italian stone bottom oven. Our dough is made with naturally leavened doppio zero flour, the secret to a truly authentic thin crust pizza.

We are not able to split all entrées due to methods of cooking or presentation. While modifications may seem easily accommodated, such requests compromise the unique characteristics of our food and efficiency of our service. When possible, there will be a $2 charge for splitting meat entrées.
All of the Bertoldi lunch features are served with your choice of a Misticanza or Caesar salad or soup.
