Approach

We make our pizza using the time honoured traditions of the pizzerias of Naples. Made from scratch using the freshest ingredients, our pizza is made with San Marzano tomatoes and Fiore di Latte Mozzarella baked in our Italian stone bottom oven. Our dough is made with naturally leavened doppio zero flour, the secret to a truly authentic thin crust pizza.

Our Entrées

Unless otherwise noted, all of our entrees are served with penne noodles and your choice of pomodoro or bolognese sauce. Instead of pasta we offer a choice of one of the following: Italian scalloped potatoes simmered in cream with fresh herbs and garlic; or fresh vegetables; or creamy lemon risotto. If you prefer gluten free pasta as a side, we offer a penne of the highest quality at no extra charge.

Saffron Salmon (GF)

Salmon fillet pan-roasted and drizzled with a saffron caper aioli. Served with our lemon risotto. 28

We are not able to split all entrées due to methods of cooking or presentation. While modifications may seem easily accommodated, such requests compromise the unique characteristics of our food and efficiency of our service. When possible, there will be a $2 charge for splitting meat entrées.
